Success for this position is measured in the ability to partner with teams within the agency to develop strategies that inspire ideas and work that is contextually relevant across all media, from mobile, to social, to broadcast, as well as highly targeted, data-informed content. And, you must bring our clients along on this ride.

Responsibilities- Gather and synthesize data, research, and observation into insight
- Stay up-to-date on cultural and consumer trends within the world of sports (and inspire the rest of the agency and clients with it too)
- Proactively track and share emerging cultural moments, trends, and behaviors that could unlock new creative or strategic opportunities.
- Assist in building creative briefs. You'll help coordinate the inputs needed to inspire marketing ideas, not just ads, that cross every channel and platform.
- Be the ultimate team player for our creative teams. Provide them with the stats, backup research, and support they need to bring ideas and concepts to life.
- Work closely with data teams to understand consumer data and how it applies to our business.
- Sit in on client meetings to learn the ropes of client management. Take detailed notes, assist with prep, and watch how the veterans build influential relationships.
- Participate in and sometimes lead research projects related to client's business.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required.
Qualifications- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of strategic planning experience
- Innate curiosity to want to understand culture, people and what makes them tick
- Must have deep passion and understanding for sports culture
- Must be a self-starter and demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Must have experience supporting the development of strategy with teams
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be a confident writer
- Must have experience analyzing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative research
- Must understand both quantitative and qualitative methodologies

Compensation Range: USD $66,120.00 - USD $97,440.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
