If you thrive on building deep local partnerships, commanding a room, and advocating for youth mental health, we want you on the ground with us!

In this role, you have the exciting opportunity to be a critical part in advancing the mission of the partnership with Brightline and the Children and Youth Behavioral Initiative (CYBHI). As a Community Engagement Lead, you will be driving the adoption of BrightLife Kids across complex community ecosystems. This is a high-autonomy role designed for a professional who thrives on building high-level partnerships and influencing public health strategy. You won't just execute an established plan; you will proactively identify opportunities, contribute to program design, and serve as a primary thought partner to senior external stakeholders. You will also spend time out in the field, interacting directly with families and communities looking for behavioral health support.
