Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• 4-5 years of experience in community outreach or similar roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and independent work.
• Exceptional writing skills for diverse documents and reports.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including funders and community organizations.
• Ability to convey complex medical and policy information clearly.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and community outreach events.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with organizations and stakeholders.
• Support program goals through effective community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with UCLA and applicable federal/state regulations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and grant materials as required.
• Conduct workshops and educational programs for community involvement.
• Track progress on complex programs and manage multiple team collaborations.
