Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and delegate responsibilities to our talented community associates, ensuring high productivity and performance.
  • Drive financial success by maintaining budgeted occupancy, collections, and expenses.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing resident service requests and conducting thorough community inspections.
  • Embrace our cutting-edge iPad leasing and marketing standards to connect with prospective residents, showcase available apartments, and secure leases.
  • Oversee leasing office associates, fostering their continuous growth in leasing and customer service standards.
  • Create a positive work environment through coaching, cross-training opportunities, and promoting career advancement.
  • Stay updated on market conditions and competition, providing strategic recommendations for enhancing community operations.
  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure seamless community operations within budgetary guidelines.
  • Manage capital improvement projects, overseeing progress, reviewing scope of work, and approving payments for outstanding results.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree or CAM/ARM certification preferred).
  • Minimum of three years of experience in multi-family or hospitality management, with a strong understanding of community operations.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering on our "It's About You" customer service standards.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, handling unexpected challenges with ease.
  • Strong comprehension of legal documents related to lease management and rent collections.
  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity and contributing to an inclusive work environment.
