DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Drafting governing documents.
- Contract work.
- Attendance at board meetings.
- Coordinating board elections.
- Prosecution and collection of delinquent association accounts.
- When necessary, litigation, trial and/or appellate work.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Pennsylvania Bar admission
- Strong academic credentials and demonstrated writing ability is required.
- Self-motivated and able to manage matters independently.
- Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience or interest in:
- Community association law
- Drafting governing documents
- Contract drafting and review
- Board governance and election matters
- Litigation, including trial and appellate practice
The position will offer hybrid work flexibility and be based in Doylestown. Pennsylvania bar admission; strong academic credentials; and demonstrated writing ability is required. Recent graduates and Judicial Clerks are encouraged to apply; pending bar admission is acceptable.
