The Opportunity

As a Supervising Associate supporting communications for EY's Financial Services industry group, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality internal communications that support business priorities across this large practice.

Working closely with senior team members and business stakeholders, you will help bring our communications strategies to life, supporting the development, coordination and execution of communications that drive clarity, alignment and engagement.

This role is ideal for a strong communicator who is highly organized, detail-oriented and eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of internal communications across the Financial Services industry group, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
  • Draft and edit communications, including leadership messages, announcements, newsletters, presentation materials, intranet content and internal news articles
  • Help translate business priorities into clear, audience-friendly communications
  • Manage logistics and execution for key communications initiatives, including internal campaigns that involve leadership meetings, webcasts, videos and in-person events
  • Coordinate communications plans and calendars, ensuring alignment across teams and priorities
  • Partner with team members to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with broader firm priorities
  • Maintain and organize communications assets and audience distribution lists, ensuring materials are easy to access and up to date
  • Track deliverables and deadlines, helping ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard
  • Incorporate feedback quickly and effectively, demonstrating strong attention to detail
  • Contribute ideas to improve how the team plans, executes and measures communications

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $72,100 to $134,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $86,600 to $153,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
