Internal Communications Specialist

Location: Burbank, CA (Hybrid, Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday remote)
Pay Rate: $40hr
Position Type: Full-Time, Contract
Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Internal Communications Specialist to support a fast-paced, creative organization. This role is instrumental in driving employee engagement, supporting internal events, and delivering clear, effective communications across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable balancing both strategic communication efforts and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of internal meetings, events, and screenings

  • Assist with internal campaigns and engagement initiatives
  • Maintain editorial calendars and communication schedules

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the communications team
