About the roleThe Internal Communications Manager is responsible for supporting and executing the enterprise-wide internal communication strategy. This role translates business priorities into clear, compelling, and engaging content across multiple channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with brand standards.
This position reports to the Director, Communications and Marketing.

Work Schedule: Hybrid 3 days in office 2 days from home
Key Responsibilities - Support and execute the internal communications strategy, aligning efforts with business objectives and ensuring messaging resonates across corporate, facility, and frontline employee audiences.
- Partner with leaders and team members at all levels of the organization, building strong cross-functional relationships to identify compelling internal, customer, and partner stories, sharing best practices, and enhancing communication effectiveness.
- Support internal communications needs across key business functions, including HR, Commercial, Operations, Sustainability, Facilities, Regional Teams, Sales, Legal, DE&I, and other initiatives.
- Manage internal communications from conception through delivery, including multi-channel content creation, approvals, scheduling, and distribution.
- Translate complex business initiatives and data into clear, engaging, and visually impactful communications, including company-wide Town Hall presentations.
- Manage and evolve SharePoint as a key employee news and engagement platform, ensuring content remains current, accessible, and user-focused.
- Manage internal electronic bulletin board platform, partnering with local site leaders to drive participation, content quality, and employee engagement.
- Create engaging graphics and visual assets, ensuring all materials align with brand standards and visual identity guidelines.
- Develop and execute change communication strategies that support organizational initiatives, including system implementations, policy updates, and other business transformations, ensuring clarity, alignment, and employee understanding across all audiences.
- Support planning and execution of major company events including quarterly Town Halls, annual conferences, facility tours, and others.
- Define and track key internal communications metrics across channels, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to assess effectiveness, improve engagement, and inform ongoing strategy and content optimization.
- Support employee engagement initiatives that foster connection, recognition, and alignment across the workforce.
- Develop and oversee a diverse range of other communication assets, including surveys, reports, infographics, award submissions and recognition programs.
Required Qualifications - Education: BS or BA required (Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field)
- Advanced degree preferred, but not required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant communications experience
Preferred Skills - Experience working with cross-functional teams in executing communications programs that consistently and effectively deliver messages across disciplines.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal savvy, strong organizational and planning skills, and drive for results.
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced, changing environment, delivering high-quality work and exceeding objectives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Canva is required; experience with video editing and Adobe programs such as Photoshop and InDesign a plus.
- Proficiency with SharePoint and Poppulo or a similar email service platform is necessary.

The range below reflects Reworld's reasonable estimate of base pay for this role based on primary posting location. It is expected that most qualified candidates in this location will fall within the posting range. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable). Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future.
The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $109,500.00 - $145,700.00 USD. For hourly roles, this is the annualized salary. To calculate the hourly rate, divide by 2080.
