About This Opportunity:

As Communications Manager, you will lead the development and execution of dynamic internal and external communications programs, bringing together exceptional storytelling, modern communication strategies and data-driven insights to deliver measurable results. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop compelling communications materials including executive speeches, member and student communications, social media content, key messages, reports and briefing materials that align with the organization's voice and brand.
  • Lead communications projects from strategy through execution, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop communications plans that support business goals and deliver measurable engagement results.
  • Provide strategic communications guidance and support for marketing campaigns, events and organizational initiatives to strengthen stakeholder engagement and reputation.
  • Collaborate with internal design, digital and agency partners to create high-quality communications deliverables across multiple channels.
  • Monitor and manage sensitive or complex issues, developing timely and strategic responses that protect and enhance the organization's reputation.


To Be Successful You Need:

  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in communications, public relations or corporate communications within an agency or corporate environment.


  • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling communications that engage diverse audiences and strengthen organizational reputation.
  • Proven success developing and executing strategic communications plans, managing projects end-to-end and delivering results in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong relationship-building, collaboration and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Digital-savvy, proactive and adaptable, with strong judgment, problem-solving abilities and a passion for driving engagement and meaningful impact.


Salary Range

  • The starting annual salary range for this position is between $82,900 - $103,700 per annum, based on your qualifications, experience, and internal parity. Exceptions may be considered with further review.
