Full Job Description
Role: Communications Manager

Location: Dallas, Texas (In-Person)

Role Overview: The communications manager will play a critical role by leading our external communications and market outreach efforts. This is a ground-floor role working directly with the CEO to shape how we engage with investors, the media, and the broader market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the firm's social media strategy, translating investment activity and market views into clear, differentiated content
• Plan and execute investor events, representing the Firm at local and off-site engagements and capturing content for social media
• Manage CEO external presence (media, podcasts, conferences) and build relationships with financial journalists and industry influencers
• Support investor communications and outreach, including messaging around earnings reports, industry conferences, and ongoing engagement
• Help define and articulate the firm's brand positioning
• Partner closely with the deal team, finance, and accounting to ensure all external messaging is accurate, aligned, and informed by underlying activity
Build the function, structure, and cadence for communications-creating a scalable, repeatable approach

Qualifications:• 6-8 years in communications, investor relations, media, or marketing (financial services preferred)
