The Opportunity

As a Communications Associate Director aligned to EY's Solutions and Products, you will play a critical role in shaping how we communicate our solutions and products strategy across the organization.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to EY's Solutions and Products leaders, translating business priorities into clear, relevant and actionable internal communications that drive alignment, enable decision-making and support transformation.

Operating in a highly matrixed environment, you will lead internal communications efforts that connect firm priorities and initiatives, ensuring consistency, clarity and impact across audiences.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic communications advisor to our Solutions and Products leaders, shaping messaging that articulates value, drives understanding and supports adoption across the organization
  • Translate solutions strategy - including integrated offerings, use cases and go-to-market priorities - into clear, compelling communications that help teams understand how we deliver differentiated value to clients
  • Lead internal communications that support the build-out and scaling of solutions, connecting product development, industry application and client impact
  • Develop leadership materials, including talking points, presentations and key messaging that enable leaders to consistently communicate solutions and product priorities across audiences
  • Partner across industries, service lines, Growth Markets and BMC teams to ensure alignment of solutions messaging and integration into broader firm narratives
  • Use data and insights to measure communications effectiveness and continuously refine strategy
  • Lead, coach and develop Assistant Directors and Supervising Associates, fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture

  • Extensive experience leading corporate, market-facing or leadership communications in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders and partners with confidence and credibility
  • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical topics
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and near-term execution
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $130,500 to $251,200. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $156,600 to $285,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
  • Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You'll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
