Qualifications

• 3+ years in Communications, Marketing, Production, or Administrative roles, preferably in startups.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work rapidly while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Strong focus on process optimization and workflow management.
• Excellent written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with technology and eagerness to learn new tools, especially in relation to AI.
• Aesthetic sensibility for design is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations of the Communications team by managing trackers, files, and calendars.
• Assist the Co-Founder/Communications Partner with administrative support and communication tasks.
• Draft, edit, and fact-check various content forms, including newsletters and blogs.
• Enhance the organization's social media by writing posts and planning content.
• Coordinate podcast production logistics from guest outreach to content editing.
• Support organizational events with planning, vendor management, and hands-on assistance.
• Manage the gifting program by maintaining inventory and facilitating outreach efforts.
