  • Support regional commodity and supplier strategies development
  • Align objectives with plants and program teams
  • Organize supplier workshops with Engineering for cost reduction
  • Ensure compliance with sourcing processes and system procedures

Full Job Description
-Commodity purchasing for T&C components products in Europe with support to other regions, for E-Systems Responsibilities • Lead T&C purchasing commodity in EU/Africa with a direct team of 3 Buyers, including sourcing new and existing T&C components spend (RFQ, benchmarking, negotiations rounds, offers and scenarios analysis to present sourcing proposal, resourcing, annual negotiations and special initiatives, etc.) • Manage T&C Directed Suppliers • Support development for regional commodity and supplier strategies • Align objectives, strategy, actions with plants and program teams • Organize and coordinate supplier workshops with Engineering to work on cost reduction ideas and their execution • Ensure sourcing / process and Global procedures compliance and Delegation of Authority (DOA) through SRM, SAP and Coupa systems • Coordinate system maintenance with pricelist updates, supplier contracts, parts homologations and other daily administrative tasks • Maintaining good knowledge of the current market and future trends to support identification of alternative sources • Support plants on logistic and quality problems with suppliers Experience • Engineering or Business Administration degree • Working experience 5+ years required in similar position (if possible automotive and T&C components) • Very good negotiation Skills and Proficiency in the English language • Good communication skills in a global organization, problem-solving and analysis skills, self-driven, highly trustable person, team player • Good time and workload management • MS Office Tools skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Location Code: 0065
