Support production ramp-ups by ensuring supplier readiness and capacity alignment
Implement and maintain supplier scorecards and continuous improvement plans
Collaborate with Buyers and Materials teams to resolve escalations and ensure execution of procurement strategy
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business objectives
Requirements
Job Requirements :
5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management
Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and bills of material (BOMs)
Experience with ERP systems (Syteline, SAP, Oracle, or similar), including maintaining supplier, pricing, and lead time data
Proficiency in data analysis tools to support decision-making
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Experience managing commodities such as metals (steel), copper, or electrical components
Background in supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives
Familiarity with contract terms, incoterms, and commercial agreements
Experience implementing or working with supplier scorecards and KPI tracking
Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement experience
