The Commissioning QA / QC Lead facilitates the commissioning of multiple projects and other design and engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards. Fosters relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to communicate expectations and ensure reports are provided reports on project updates. Reviews analyses of key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout systems testing and recommends solutions to address observed trends or anomalies. Prioritizes and updates quality and safety standards ensuring safety throughout project lifecycle.

Project Management-Strategy Alignment:
-Facilitates the commissioning of multipleprojects and other design and engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment withbusiness objectives and industry standards.
-Leverages expertise to influence contract administrationincluding generation and review of contracts, change orders, cost forecasts,and other pertinent documents.
-Aligns cross-functional teams on the budget andresources required for timely project completion.
Project Management-Relationship Management:
-Fosters relationships with stakeholders,suppliers, and cross-functional teams to communicate expectations and ensurereports are provided reports on project updates.
Project Management-Technical Documentation:
-Guides the development of commissioning scriptsand related technical documentation.
-Influences collaborations with the generalcontractor to develop Systems Manuals documentation to serve as a reference forData Center Operations personnel.
Systems Design & Specifications:
-Provides expertise in collaborations withengineering teams to create data center designs and specifications that alignto operations and reliability requirements (e.g., power capacity, coolingsystems), ensuring electrical and mechanical critical systems (e.g., electricaland mechanical plant, life safety, fire suppression systems, and controlsystems) are incorporated.
Implementation-Testing:
-Reviews analyses of key performance indicators(KPIs) throughout systems testing and recommends solutions to address observedtrends or anomalies.
Implementation-Troubleshooting/ Issue Resolution:
-Resolves highly complex, non-routine issues withimplementing mechanical and electrical systems.
-Drives development of resolutions to common andrepeating cases of issues.
-Aligns team to best practices to troubleshoot andmitigate issues and reduce recurrence by aligning with major stakeholders.Implementation-Quality & Safety:
-Prioritizes and updates quality and safetystandards ensuring safety throughout project lifecycle.-Facilitates training programs for teams to ensurealignment on safety standards.
-Stays up to date on industry standards and bestpractices.
-Ensures external stakeholders and vendorsmaintain a common understanding of quality and safety guidelines to facilitatecompliance.
-Reports and addresses safety and security issuesas they arise.

Champions transparency and inclusivity by actively seeking, listeningto, and incorporating diverse perspectives.
Problem Solving:
-Leads specialized, advanced problem-solvingefforts, serving as an escalation point for complex issues. Guides others toleverage innovative data-driven techniques to address ambiguous or novelissues, identify root causes, and drives the implementation of solutions thatprevent future issues.

-Leverages deep industry knowledge and expertiseto serve as a thought leader within the organization. Contributes to theadvancement of the field or industry through thought leadership (e.g.,conference presentations, white papers, research contributions). Maintains andevolves expertise in relevant areas by proactively monitoring emerging trends,technologies, and industry standards, ensuring the organization remains currentwith best practices. Continuous Improvement:

Evaluateseffectiveness of updated approaches and methods for continued improvement toenhance efficiencies and ensure changes align with organizational goals.Designs and develops metrics to measure success of improvement initiatives.Performance and Development:
-Serves as a subject matter expert regardingtalent needs and organizational talent strategy. Imparts leadership and expertknowledge throughout the talent development pipeline including candidateinterviews, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions, ensuring alignment withorganizational talent strategy.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,200 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
