Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThis position is responsible for overseeing and leading the commissioning process at the project site, including ensuring requireddocumentation of tests, final inspections and owner training is completed successfully.
Position Details- Coordinates equipment startup dates and schedules with vendors as required.
- Partners with QA to ensure systems and equipment will be ready for startup andcommissioning.
- Schedules and attends commissioning meetings and works with Manager to resolve issues.
- Monitors team and validates project work to ensure all work is included in contractdocuments. Oversees QA Coordinator to ensure inspections and reports are timely.
- Administers BIM 360 Field and ensures team is utilizing BIM 360 field tool update startup andcommissioning items and communicating to applicable management.
- Provides training to project crew as needed.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction or related field preferred or applicable experience
- 7+ years relevant experience, including managing people
- Field Foreman experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate projects
- Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite-Word, Excel and Outlook required
- Excellent working knowledge of HVAC and control systems required
- General construction project work-flow knowledge
- Ability to motivate and lead employees
- Excellent knowledge of BIM 360 Field tool

Pay: Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For (Colorado/New York City/California/Washington/Maryland) this ranges from $130,000.00-$150,000.00 yearly plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
