Job Summary
• This role is responsible for leading a team of senior individual contributors to achieve revenue goals through strategic planning and effective resource allocation. The role establishes and nurtures key client relationships, analyzes sales performance, and adapts strategies based on market trends. The role optimizes sales processes and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies to drive sales team success.

Responsibilities
• Oversees a team of individual contributors, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the development of individual team members and the overall effectiveness of the sales efforts.
• Develops targeted business plans and strategies, allocating resources effectively to achieve margin and sales goals.
• Establishes professional relationships and builds credibility with key client executives to ensure ongoing profitable revenue growth for the organization.
• Manages sales pipelines, analyzes win rates, and ensures a consistent flow of opportunities.
• Stays informed about market trends, customer needs, and competition to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Optimizes and refines the sales process utilizing new sales technologies, tools, or methodologies to improve the team's efficiency and productivity.
• Facilitates collaboration with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure coordinated sales efforts and seamless customer experience.
• Integrates customer feedback into product development and improvement processes, fostering a customer-centric approach.

knowledge, skills, and experience.
