Our Peripheral Intervention (PI) business unit offers a comprehensive range of medical products, devices and services for the treatment of peripheral arterial and venous disease, cancer detection, and end-stage renal disease and maintenance.

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely.

Job Overview:

  • Own end to end RFP/RFI Process which entails collecting data for business modeling, collaborate and coordinate with internal contributors and subject matter experts to ensure content is complete, accurate and maximizes business opportunities per RFP/RFI requirements.

  • Business modeling includes developing and utilizing Plug and Play financial models for final deliverables outlining pricing and other financial information in response to RFP/RFI requirements from prospective and current clients. May prepare custom response content and Plug and Play modeling for complex or unique inquiries.  Prepare and maintain a repository of templates, documentation, standard language and product collateral or exhibits.

Essential / Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Interface closely with Directors, National Accounts, and the VP of National Accounts to provide support with business modeling for RFPs, RFIs and other Pricing Initiative Programs. This also entails effective communication to explain modeling results to help drive effective decision making.

  • Effectively work with key internal partners to provide support with Ad Hoc analysis of our GPO business, Contract Compliance and Sales Analytics to help drive National Accounts Pricing Initiatives as assigned by the VP of National Accounts.

  • Update, document, implement and maintain procedures related to RFPs, RFIs and other Pricing Initiatives as assigned to help maintain timeliness and effectiveness with each Pricing Event.

  • Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to drive automation where applicable

  • Complete other miscellaneous tasks and projects as they are assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in business or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of pricing, financial and/or data analysis experience required with hands-on experience working with large quantities of data and building financial models required

  • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills include but are not limited to, experience working with pivot tables and data tables, and a strong command of the full suite of Excel functions

  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and work in a team environment is a must

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills needed to manage tight deadlines and shifting priorities

  • Ability to think logically and react responsively in short lead-time situations

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the healthcare industry is preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office 365 Suite of products including Power BI is preferred
