- Position requires 6 years of experience in the following: Problem solving using structured methodologies like DMAIC or 8D for Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and applying data-driven critical thinking to resolve ambiguous business issues and systemic process failures. Team leadership using Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and people management, including the implementation of OKRs and 360-degree performance feedback. Navigating teams and stakeholders through organizational ambiguity and change by executing structured change management methodologies, including comprehensive impact analysis and risk mitigation. Executive stakeholder management and influence through strategic alignment sessions, translating complex operational data into compelling executive-level business cases and financial summaries. Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales Operations, or Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations, focused on optimizing the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) process, managing the CRM tech stack, and developing territory design and forecasting models.
About the jobThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $186,000 - $270,000 20% bonus target equity benefits determined by role, level, and location. - Conduct in-depth research on market trends, customer behaviors, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for scale. Manage large-scale strategic projects from conception to completion, defining scope, creating roadmaps, and ensuring timely delivery.
