Overview

The Lemartec Commercial Services Specialist is responsible for activities that span the entire Subcontractor commitment cycle.

Responsibilities
• Prepare, negotiate, and manage subcontract and vendor agreements for multiple, large-scale construction projects.
• Prepare correspondence to project owners, subcontractors, and government agencies.
• Assist with local and state licensing and registration requirements in jurisdictions throughout the United States.
• Interface with the estimating and business development departments to prepare and manage documents for bids and pursuits.
• Review scopes of work for subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Prepare and track subcontractor change orders and change management events.
• Oversee claim reporting and tracking.
• Ensure all recommended subcontractors and vendors have complied with prequalification requirements.
• Review insurance requirements and request certificates of insurance from subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Request and obtain payment and performance bonds.
• Manage wrap-up insurance (OCIP and CCIP) tracking and enrollment.
• Utilize Procore for tracking of agreements and associated pricing.
