The Commercial Sales Manager is dedicated to the development and management of accounts within the Artistree B2B Sales Division. This position will manage the day-to-day activities of current Enterprise Accounts, in addition to channel expansion. This team member will work closely with manufacturing and support teams to enable profitable growth, on-time production, and customer satisfaction. The Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for uncovering and developing sales opportunities that strategically align Artistree with client needs.
Major Activities- Manage the Enterprise B2B sales channel inclusive of systems, tools, reporting, processes, and partnership within the organization, including contact with existing and prospective accounts within the sales channels.
- Develop the sales pipeline and grow the business by utilizing networking, cold calls, internet scraping, trade shows, and the store infrastructure for assigned account portfolio.
- Develop a close working relationship with assigned and new sales accounts to achieve established forecasts and plans.
- Develop processes, tools, reporting, and resources to align with strategic and financial goals.
- Prioritize order needs to ensure on-time deliveries and exceed account expectations.
- Develop and present strategies and proposals to clients in order to grow the business.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure new client accounts are set up and documented accurately.
- Support Trade Shows, including material and client selection, presentations, and follow-up.
- Ensure quotes are in line with profit targets by channel, accurately documented and tracked for on-time delivery with minimal rework/delays, ensuring positive impacts to relationships, workload, and productivity.
- Own the relationship with customers and with production teams to ensure order accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze and report on channel and client performance in terms of sales, profit, and balance to go tracking.

Minimum Special Certifications or technical skills- Excellent computer skills that include Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Sales/Finance account software
Minimum Type of experience the job requires- 5+ years of sales experience or industry experience
Other- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Excellent office and organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail
- Ability to be a self-starter and work without supervision
- Must be able to quickly understand new information
- Good problem-solving skills a must
- Travel 15-30%
