Full-time new hires for this role will start as a cohort in a rotational program in July 2027.
This role is a full-time associate position within a two-year rotational program, designed as a career accelerator to foster the next generation of leading talent.
Rotations occur at the one-year mark and allow for hands-on experience in two distinct roles.
Rotations may require relocation depending on business need.
Upon program completion, associates are given the opportunity to apply to roles within the Commercial Bank across all business areas and geographies, or explore other opportunities at Capital One.
Participation in the program requires that you are located in the continental United States with in-person attendance at your assigned location, in accordance with Capital One9s .

Basic Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or relevant major
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal communication and writing skills
Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
Examples of demonstrated leadership and team-oriented traits
Knowledge of general accounting and finance principles
Intellectually curious and forward thinking
Familiarity with generative AI platforms and a demonstrated ability to use AI as a collaborator for research, drafting, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

What is the Commercial Rotation Program?
The Commercial Rotation Program (CRP) is a two-year rotational program designed to help you launch a challenging, accelerated and rewarding career. You9ll have the tools to build a strong foundation in Commercial credit analysis, Commercial risk management, and other various functions and products offered to clients.
As a part of the Commercial Rotation Program, you9ll participate in two rotations across various Commercial Bank business areas including: Healthcare & Technology, Media and Telecom, Energy Banking, Financial Institutions, Middle Market Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Community Finance.
Rotation locations may include McLean, VA; Houston, TX; Plano, TX; Chicago, IL; Boston, MA; Charlotte; NC.
Associate placement in each location is determined by business demand, and associates must be open to changing geographic locations at least once throughout this two-year program.
Throughout both rotations, you9ll be an integral part of your team and have a wide variety of hands-on experiences. You9ll develop a thorough understanding of commercial banking and risk management, while learning the fundamentals of relationship management, underwriting and portfolio management. Ongoing training will provide an in-depth look into critical teams and support functions, offering you a unique perspective across the Commercial Bank.
You9ll receive ongoing mentorship and career development from seasoned leaders and executives across the Bank, helping you build the necessary skills, competencies and experiences to accelerate your career. Roles and Responsibilities:
Participation in loan origination, structuring, underwriting and risk evaluation of credit facilities
Research and analysis of industry and market data to complete financial projections
Analyzing financial statements, portfolio and the company to support business development and credit decisions
Ability to prioritize assignments and multi-task with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic environment
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate9s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
