Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney | Chicago, IL

This role is for that attorney.

A firm with over 100 years in the market and 700 attorneys across the country is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Associate in Chicago. The work spans acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing and development. The clients are institutional. The deals are real.

What you will be doing:
  • Representing clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions and financing transactions
  • Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, loan documents, leases and easements
  • Managing title and survey review, due diligence and transaction closings
  • Handling office, retail, industrial and mixed use leasing matters
  • Supporting financing transactions involving lenders, borrowers and institutional investors
  • Managing multiple complex matters at the same time

What you need to bring:
  • JD from an ABA accredited law school
  • Active Illinois State Bar membership in good standing
  • Three to six years of commercial real estate transactional experience
  • At least two years of law firm experience
