Position Purpose:

The Position Purpose of the Commercial Project Manager at SRS Building Products involves steering the successful execution of strategic commercial projects that are pivotal to achieving our business objectives in [Location - insert city/state]. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain robust relationships with internal stakeholders across sales, operations, finance, and supply chain to achieve cohesive project implementation.

  • Direct engagement with external vendors and contractors, negotiating contract terms, delineating expectations, and ensuring execution aligns with project specifications.

  • Implement industry-standard project management tools and methodologies to monitor project performance, proactively managing risks, and promoting continuous improvement.

  • Produce and deliver comprehensive project reports to senior management, articulating progress, challenges, and data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Direct Manager Direct Reports:

The Commercial Project Manager at SRS Building Products reports directly to the Director of Commercial Operations. This position does not have direct reports. Travel Requirements:

The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $76,000.00 to $98,800.00 annually. Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. SRS Distribution offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits. Depending on the role, associates may also be eligible for performance-based bonus programs, commissions, profit-sharing programs, car allowance or automobile and fuel program, and reimbursement for travel expenses in accordance with company travel policy.
