QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN- 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical
- Licensed with knowledge of local HVAC codes
