About the Role

Crusoe is building large-scale, hyperscale data center infrastructure at speed. As Cost Manager - Data Center, you'll own construction cost management and project controls across complex builds - keeping commercial activity aligned to executed contracts, approved scope, and internal governance. This role is central to cost integrity: accurate actuals, clean records, and disciplined PO and invoice processes on fast-moving projects.

What You'll Do
  • Ensure construction contract compliance, aligning all financial and commercial activity with executed contracts, approved scope, and internal governance.
  • Manage the full Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle - initiation, approvals, tracking, reconciliation, and closeout - maintaining accuracy and budget alignment.
  • Lead invoice review and submission: validate quantities, rates, and scope against contracts and changes, resolve discrepancies, and support timely payment.
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready records for cost transparency and reliable actuals reporting.
  • Partner with construction, project controls, finance, and vendor teams to keep commercial operations efficient and cost integrity intact.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years in Project Controls and Construction Cost Management, specifically on large-scale commercial or hyperscale infrastructure projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience leading project controls or commercial costs on complex construction, with a strong grasp of contract structures, scope, and cost governance in fast-paced settings.
  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline, with a track record of maintaining audit-ready cost records.

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $155,000 - $188,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
