Commercial Operations Analyst to help support the financial and operational performance of our agricultural business. Full-Time | Salary: $83,000 - $87,000/year, depending on Qualifications
Schedule: In-office, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
What You'll Do- Provide best-in-class customer experience through order management, process improvement, and problem-solving
- Monitor and manage timely sales order processing within SAP Sales and Distribution, maintaining required support documentation
- Develop financial and sales analysis, presentations, dashboards, and reports (variance analysis, margin analysis, KPI tracking) to support data-driven decision-making
- Assist with new customer solicitation, bid preparation, and commercial contract review, including financial terms and pricing
- Perform accounting and financial analysis functions supporting A/P, A/R, customer account reconciliations, and revenue reporting
- Partner with customers and vendors on billing, payment processing, and financial process improvements
- Maintain internal and external reporting, including cost analysis, sales performance metrics, and budget-to-actual comparisons
- Coordinate processing of damage claims and communicate delivery delays with customers alongside Operations and Logistics
- Liaise with Operations, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance to service customers and support accurate financial reporting
- Maintain and update internal documentation, including financial and reporting procedures
What You'll Bring- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex international documents, regulations, and procedures
- High proficiency preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial and sales data in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and financial modeling
- Strong financial and analytical acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Working knowledge of SAP transaction codes (T-Codes)
- Diligent, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with financial data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with sound independent judgment
- Collaborative team orientation that prioritizes team success
Education & Experience- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience
- Background in Agriculture, Logistics, Business Management, Finance, or Accounting preferred, not required
- Strong customer service or business development experience
- Experience supporting financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making preferred
- SAP or similar ERP experience preferred, including familiarity with relevant T-Codes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications; BI/reporting tool experience a plus
