Responsibilities The incumbent lawyer will be stepping into a busy litigation practice The work will involve a wide range of general commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to shareholder and partnership disputes, construction disputes, professional and occupier's liability, real estate disputes, and more. Ideally the incoming lawyer would thrive autonomously and in collaboration with other members of the team.
Qualifications- Be called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
- 4+ years of post call experience with litigation. Focused commercial litigation experience considered a strong asset
