Ability to read and interpret construction drawings accurately
Proficient with standard and specialized software applications
Strong skills in math, writing, public relations, communications, and negotiation
Valid California driver's license

COMMERCIAL INSULATION ESTIMATOR
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Salary
LOCATION: Ontario, CA
WAGE SCALE: $80,000 - $125,000 / Annually

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generating leads on a variety of current and future construction projects
Proactively meeting with new and potential customers
Leading and participating in a variety of sales events always a high level of customer service

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have 3 years Estimating experience in commercial construction. Insulation industry experience is preferred. Candidates with estimating experience in Expansion Joints or Wall Systems (drywall, plaster, panels, etc.), are encouraged to apply.
Ability to read, interpret and accurately take-off constructions drawings.
Must be able to operate computer, standard and specialized software applications.
