Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years' experience with large tonnage air-cooled and water-cooled chillers.
• Expert-level knowledge of Applied Assets is essential.
• Proven skills in training, mentoring, and developing technical talent.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time is required.
• Ability to work independently in a remote role is necessary.
• Availability for 24/7 support coverage is mandatory.
• Valid driver's license required; company truck provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues, providing both hands-on and remote support.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert, offering technical guidance to technicians and leadership.
• Develop and administer training programs to upskill technicians in the field.
• Provide 24/7 support for urgent technical issues and escalations.
• Support the Remote Monitoring team in identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Contribute technical insights into capital equipment selection.
• Provide solutions for recurring or complex job site challenges.
