Full Job Description
Currently we are searching for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician who is committed to reliable long-term employment. An ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a work environment where honesty, integrity, and reliability are paramount. As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will provide field service work on equipment ranging from light commercial to Industrial. Our Commercial HVAC Service Technicians work closely as a team that openly shares information and strives to ensure that no technician is left behind or unsupported. Technicians who reside in Skagit or Snohomish counties will routinely be dispatched from their home.

Pay, Incentives, and Benefits:
  • Salary Range: $35 - $50 per hour, DOE

Specific duties include:
  • Perform necessary routine service and repairs on all types of HVAC equipment
  • Adheres to assigned work schedule, with ability to work overtime as necessary
  • Recommend and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
  • Create equipment repair estimates
  • Verify and coordinate HVAC building code compliance
  • Monitoring gauges, dials, and indicators to make sure machine is working properly
  • Meet key performance productivity goals
  • Provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
  • Comply with all applicable standards, policies/procedures such as safety procedures
  • Respond to phone messages, emails and service calls in a timely manner


Qualifications:
  • 5+ years• HVAC experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Certification as HVAC Technician from accredited trade school or college
  • 06A electrical license
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
  • Critical thinking, assessment, problem-solving and documentation consistent with Andgar standards
  • Have advanced customer service skills and strong communication skills
  • Experience making repair and replace decisions
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
  • Drug/Alcohol free, including marijuana
  • Must be able to lift up-to 75lbs. and work in tight, confined spaces
  • Self-motivated to work unsupervised
