Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance and on-site training for team members.
- Assist Field Supervisor in evaluating skills and create development plans for each technician.
- Will have superior customer relations skills.
- Will have one of the cleanest vehicle and proper uniform.
- MSCA Star Certified. Take and complete the Star Certification Test.
- Assist and train the technicians in their communication with the customer.
- Provide for response to after hours and emergency service calls when the primary technician is unavailable.
- Should be proactive when possible "warranty" or "credits" could arise.
- Ensure compliance of team members to all safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure all their quoted work is performed at or under allotted time.
- Consistently attend or teach union training courses for continued education.
- Should be the technical "go to" for the Team Dispatcher in the Field Supervisors absence.
- Assist sales and quote department with technical information required.
Qualifications- Extensive HVAC field knowledge with minimum 10 years' service field experience.
- Extensive Safety knowledge and training with minimum 10 years field experience.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills a plus.
- Ability to organize and plan daily responsibilities effectively.

Geographic DisclosureCompensation Range: $60 Per Hour
The hourly rate is determined by the CBA/rate sheet and test results. Benefits are provided through local labor union aligned with collective bargaining agreement.
