JOB DESCRIPTION:The Opportunity The Commercial Execution Manager works out of either our
Austin, TX location in the
Cardiac Rhythm Technologies division.
This is a fully onsite role.As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats.
The Commercial Execution Manager is responsible for the execution and ongoing management of commercial initiatives. Leads high impact and high visibility initiatives in conjunction with division goals for increasing revenue, productivity, optimizing cycle time and improving customer satisfaction. Is accountable for delivering strategic results by working cross functionally, driving sustained process improvements that increase implants and revenue with our 1200+ field team members. Will support key commercial initiatives focused on resource allocation and commercial support investment. Must be able to analyze and dissect large data sets, identify trends, opportunities, propose recommendations and drive results that positively impact our commercial product implant trajectory. The scope will cover the time horizon of -12 months pre-launch (where applicable) to +18 months out.
Reports to the Director of Commercial Execution.
What You'll Work On- Leads strategic, complex process improvement initiatives tied to commercial implant execution.
- Delivers strategic results in conjunction with division goals and objectives.
- Evaluates business processes and determines initiatives that will yield greater productivity and efficiency to enable growth.
- Acts as a cross-functional change agent to drive and sustain measurable results for the division.
- Act as a leader and influencer in the implementation of best business practices.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities to increase implants.
- Identify opportunities to improve ROI.
- Provide critical analytical support for long-term value creation; Determine the 'what must happen/stay on track' with an analytical / data first mindset.
- Collaborate closely with all functions and lead initiatives that increase implants.
- Presents initiatives and results at the Senior Vice President level.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRINGRequired Experience- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of 9 years in a related field

The base pay for this position is $113,300.00 - $226,700.00
In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
