Full Job Description
Location: This is a remote-based role that requires flexibility and willingness to travel within a specified region and for company-related purposes as needed.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-impact Commercial Execution Architect to design, implement, and continuously optimize the capabilities that drive field performance. This role will be responsible for ensuring the field organization is equipped with the right targets, incentives, data, and insights to execute effectively. Working closely with Commercial Leadership, Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and external partners, you will play a critical role in enabling successful product launches and building a scalable, high-performing commercial infrastructure.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the development and management of field force KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking to drive accountability and results.
  • Design, implement, and administer incentive compensation plans, including goal setting, payout calculations, and governance.
  • Own quarterly targeting and segmentation processes to ensure optimal deployment of field resources.
  • Partner with Commercial Leadership to translate strategy into measurable field execution frameworks.
  • Manage relationships with external data vendors, ensuring data quality, integrity, and value.
  • Deliver actionable insights and analytics to inform decision-making and improve field effectiveness.
  • Support field readiness across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases through data, tools, and performance frameworks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Compliance, and Commercial Operations to ensure aligned and compliant execution.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement best practices, tools, and processes to enhance field force effectiveness and scalability.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial operations, sales operations, or field force effectiveness.
  • Deep expertise in incentive compensation design and administration.
  • Strong experience with targeting, segmentation, and field analytics.
  • Experience managing pharmaceutical data vendors and syndicated data sources.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience supporting product launches, ideally within CNS, rare disease, or specialty markets.
  • Ability to operate effectively in agile, fast-moving biotech environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

This range reflects the base salary the Company reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of posting. Placement within the range will be based on job-related factors, including experience, qualifications, scope of responsibilities, and demonstrated track record of delivering results in similar roles.
