Commercial Effectiveness & Process Optimization Program Manager

As our Commercial Effectiveness & Process Optimization Program Manager, you will:
Define and improve commercial processes - Clarify ownership, decision rights, handoffs, workflows, tools, training, and standard work across priority sales motions
Reduce friction and complexity - Apply lean and continuous improvement methods to eliminate duplicate work, manual effort, recurring escalations, and unclear processes
Build scalable self-service solutions - Create practical documentation, FAQs, job aids, decision trees, knowledge resources, and AI-supported guidance for commercial teams and partners
Strengthen the partner experience - Gather feedback, prioritize pain points, and coordinate improvements to partner programs, portals, workflows, and digital experiences
Pilot and scale technology-enabled improvements - Identify high-value AI and automation opportunities and partner with governance, Information Systems, and business teams to move pilots through implementation
Lead adoption and transformation - Build alignment, communicate the value of change, support training, remove barriers, and establish measures that sustain results across regions and functions
Who you are and the experience you bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 10+ years in commercial or sales operations, revenue operations, partner programs, enablement, process improvement, or a related field
Experience supporting channel, distribution, or indirect sales models and a strong understanding of commercial processes, partner workflows, and value-selling approaches
Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and measurement
Experience applying lean or structured improvement methods to simplify work, improve consistency, and enhance partner experience
Ability to identify and implement practical AI, automation, and technology solutions; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Copilot, Dynamics 365, or similar platforms
Strong communication, analytical, prioritization, and influencing skills, with the ability to work independently across functions, regions, cultures, and levels
Preferred experience that differentiates you:
Knowledge of Hypertherm’s products or industrial cutting markets
Experience with Power BI, advanced Excel, partner portals, knowledge bases, or scalable enablement tools
Experience supporting AI or automation pilots in commercial operations, partner programs, or revenue operations
Location: Continental United States (remote)
Travel: up to 10%
