  • Define and deploy the segment's marketing strategy
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with our key partners
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team, with a focus on talent development
  • Drive the commercialization of our innovative technologies in collaboration with product teams
  • Identify and seize new growth opportunities across North America
  • Regular travel throughout North America - field visits, trade shows, and agricultural fairs

Required Skills
  • A combination of education and significant experience in commercial strategy, ideally in the field crop agriculture market or a related field
