  • Assess credit risk on new lending opportunities in partnership with Relationship Managers, evaluating financial performance, structure, and key risk factors.
  • Monitor portfolio performance across financial trends, covenant compliance, and exposure levels, escalating emerging risks with recommended mitigation actions.
  • Ensure accuracy of risk ratings and regulatory classifications across the assigned portfolio.
  • Coordinate loan documentation and closing processes in partnership with legal and internal stakeholders, managing timelines and credit workflow to keep transactions on track.

  • Track record of managing multiple credit transactions simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining quality across competing priorities.
  • Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present credit analysis and risk assessments to senior stakeholders.
