As a Supplier Recruitment Manager within our commercial card payments team, you will lead a group of supplier recruiters to expand virtual card adoption across our client base. You will set the strategy and operating rhythm for your team, while partnering with sales, client management, and product teams to deliver solutions that improve supplier enablement. You will bring a consultative approach to client engagement, using market insights and performance data to help prioritize opportunities and remove adoption barriers. You will act as a product and industry subject matter expert, staying current on payments trends and best practices. You will build an inclusive, high-performance culture focused on measurable outcomes. Job responsibilities 3Lead, mentor, and develop a team of commercial card supplier recruiters, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 3Set clear goals and drive execution to achieve virtual card adoption targets and revenue objectives. 3Monitor and report on team performance, supplier adoption metrics, and revenue goals.
