Your focus will be building partnerships with property management companies, facility managers, commercial building owners, asset managers, engineers, and other decision-makers responsible for protecting commercial properties.
Despite the executive-sounding title, this is a hands-on role. You'll be in the field, building relationships, opening doors, developing accounts, and positioning CWF Restoration as the first call when disaster strikes.
Expect to spend four days a week in the field, meeting decision-makers, visiting properties, attending industry events, conducting account reviews, and building long-term commercial partnerships.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $90K-$110K
- Uncapped Commission
- OTE: $200K-$300K+ for top performers
You're a Fit If You:
- Have a background in commercial real estate, property management, construction, restoration, insurance, facilities services, or B2B sales
- Understand how to build relationships with property managers, facility directors, building engineers, ownership groups, and commercial decision-makers
- Walk into a room with confidence, earn trust quickly, and know how to close without relying on the hard sell
- Are comfortable prospecting and developing relationships with both individual properties and large property management portfolios
- Thrive on the road and want to spend 4 days a week actively developing your territory
- Know how to create routes, systems, account plans, and repeatable growth strategies
