Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial banking experience with proven credit skills.
• Strong business development and marketing capabilities.
• Sales experience in a commercial banking context.

• Experience serving a wide range of client types including Commercial Real Estate and C&I.
• Familiarity with the financial landscape of Northern Colorado or Boulder.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate creditworthiness and recommend appropriate credit transactions.
• Oversee loans from inception to performance and maintain compliance with covenants.
• Originate high-quality loans and manage deposit growth while mitigating risks.
• Monitor clients' loan accounts and provide accurate reporting.
• Promote a comprehensive range of commercial banking services.
• Maintain strong relationships and focus on exceptional customer service.
• Serve diverse commercial banking clientele across various sectors.
