Principal Duties and Responsibilities:- Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of moderate to complex commercial loans.
- Seek and build new commercial relationships through proactive outreach.
- Analyze financial data, assess creditworthiness, and negotiate loan terms.
- Guide customers through loan processes, ensuring compliance with lending policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal regulations.
- Participate in community activities to enhance business opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and manage loan administrative staff.
Qualifications and Requirements:- 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial lending.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit principles, and loan structures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
