What You'll DoAs a Commercial Account Manager, you'll play a key role in growing our commercial customer base and strengthening existing client relationships by:
- Prospecting and developing new commercial business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and in-person visits.
- Following up on company-provided leads with professionalism and urgency to convert opportunities into long-term customers.
- Conducting on-site consultations to identify customer needs and recommend customized pest management solutions.
- Building trusted relationships with business owners, property managers, and facility managers.
- Managing your sales pipeline and consistently working toward monthly and annual sales goals.
- Partnering with our operations team to ensure customers receive outstanding service.
- Performing regular account reviews and follow-up visits to maintain customer satisfaction, identify additional service opportunities, and maximize client retention.
- Serving as a trusted advisor for your customers by providing responsive communication and ongoing support.

Required Qualifications- At least one year of B2B sales experience
- At least one year of outside sales experience
- Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and generate new business
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in the pest control industry
- Experience managing commercial accounts or customer retention initiatives
