Responsibilities:- Exceptional Customer Service
- Writing Estimates
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Maintain and develop relationships with vehicle owners, insurance personnel, fleet and manufacturers to negotiate costs and sell work
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establish follow up time
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Qualifications:- PA State Appraiser License
- Knowledge of Insurance Procedures and Requirements
- Proficient with CCC One
- Knowledge of ALLDATA
- Previous experience in collision repair estimating
- Organized, motivated, and driven
- Detail oriented
