Title:

Collection Management Officer

KBR’s National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country’s most critical role – protecting our national security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sensitive Debriefings: Interact with senior level managers in order to conduct sensitive debriefings for FI purposes
  • Authoritative Intelligence Collection: Developing and writing authoritative intelligence collection and reporting policies, procedures, and guidance for a national CI program
  • HUMINT Debriefings: Managing and conducting intelligence debriefings of overt HUMINT sources
  • Disseminating Raw Intelligence: Reviewing, coordinating, and approving the dissemination of sensitive raw intelligence
  • Expert Guidance: Providing expert guidance to collectors on intelligence collection and report writing tradecraft
  • Intelligence Reporting: Developing and managing intelligence reporting use metrics
  • Understanding Complex Foreign Intelligence Service: Knowledge and understanding of complex foreign intelligence service modus operandi employed by advanced hostile intelligence services

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Geopolitical or National Security studies
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years
  • Intelligence Report Writing: Proven evidence of excellent, strategic-level intelligence report writing skills
  • Coaching and Mentorship: Deal effectively with individuals at all levels often under the pressure of fast breaking, ambiguous situations
  • Time-Management: Strong leadership traits and well-developed time management and multitasking abilities
  • Collection Management: Prior collection management experience on intelligence issues central to the customer’s mission such as advanced science and technology, commercial or military nuclear technology, weapons of mass destruction nonproliferation/counterproliferation, energy and energy security, and cyber security

Desired:

  • Education: Master’s Degree in similar fields
  • HUMINT Tradecraft: Experience with a primary USIC agency and an area or country specialization and HUMINT tradecraft training is preferred
