Helps improve routine to moderately complex organizational processes and systems by reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs. Performs detailed requirements analysis, documents processes, and performs user acceptance in order to understand the problem, formulate the requirements and deliver the solution. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:- Analysis and documentation
- Identifies and defines business requirements
- Constructs workflow charts and diagrams
- Validates resource requirements and develops cost estimate models
- Manages moderately complex requirement conflicts, and escalates complex to highly complex requirement conflicts to senior level staff
- Implements, modifies, tests, and administers business system applications under minimal supervision
- Improves current systems by studying current practices and designing modifications
- Documents and communicates processes in need of improvement
- Customer management and support
- Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Implements, tests, and deploys solutions to business problems
- Supports business transition and helps to establish change
- Project management
- Manages small projects, develops project plans, and monitors project performance
- Prioritizes initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualification:- 2+ years of experience in a business analyst role or related field
Preferred Qualification:- Epic Certification PB or HB Resolute
