Le milieu de travail est dynamique et en constante évolution, au rythme des besoins de nos clients et de l'entreprise. La personne titulaire du poste devra soutenir efficacement un portefeuille de produits de COA à forte visibilité, tant sur le plan commercial que sur celui de la gestion du cycle de vie (p. ex., développement de nouveaux produits, modifications et extensions de gamme).

À titre de gestionnaire associé(e) des COA au sein de l'équipe de gestion de portefeuille d'ILSPSS chez IQVIA, la personne aura notamment les responsabilités suivantes :
• Soutenir les gestionnaires et/ou les directeurs responsables des COA pour les COA qui lui sont attribuées, et ce, aux différentes étapes du cycle de vie des produits, notamment lors de leur développement et/ou de leur extension, des activités de commercialisation et de la gestion des produits commercialisés (p. ex., vente et fourniture de licences et de services relatifs aux COA)
• Effectuer les tâches nécessaires pour préparer les actifs de COA en vue de leur livraison aux clients, selon les directives des gestionnaires et/ou des directeurs responsables des COA
• Soutenir les gestionnaires et/ou les directeurs responsables des COA ainsi que l'équipe des ventes afin de définir les livrables et de déterminer les coûts, les avantages et le rendement du capital investi (RCI) des produits et des initiatives connexes
• Soutenir les gestionnaires et/ou les directeurs responsables des COA ainsi que l'équipe des ventes afin de favoriser les ventes en élaborant du matériel de mise en marché, du contenu de leadership éclairé, du contenu pour le site Web et d'autres outils de soutien aux produits, tout en tenant compte des besoins cliniques, réglementaires et d'accès au marché de nos clients, selon les directives des gestionnaires et/ou des directeurs responsables des COA
• Contribuer à l'élaboration d'analyses de rentabilisation et aux activités de diligence raisonnable liées aux possibilités de développement et/ou d'acquisition susceptibles de combler des lacunes en matière de produits ou de capacités, en collaborant avec les scientifiques responsables du développement de la propriété intellectuelle, l'équipe de collaboration avec les auteurs et l'équipe de recherche stratégique et scientifique, selon les directives des gestionnaires et/ou des directeurs responsables des COA
• Collaborer, au besoin, avec les autres fonctions d'ILSPSS et les fonctions mondiales, notamment les Finances, la Gestion des contrats, les Affaires juridiques, les Ressources humaines (RH) et les Technologies de l'information (TI)
• Soutenir l'élaboration de nouveaux processus, outils, modèles et autres documents destinés au groupe
• Veiller au maintien de canaux de communication appropriés et au respect des attentes relatives à la livraison en fournissant des mises à jour périodiques aux gestionnaires et/ou aux directeurs responsables des COA

FORMATION ET EXPÉRIENCE MINIMALES REQUISES :

• Posséder au moins 4 ans d'expérience professionnelle au total, de préférence dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ou des dispositifs médicaux
• Une expérience préalable en développement de COA ou en gestion commerciale des COA serait idéale, mais une expérience en gestion de programmes techniques ou en gestion de produits pourrait également constituer un excellent profil (p. ex., gestionnaire de produits logiciels, gestionnaire technique de produits).

Job Overview:

The Instrument Licensing Solutions and Patient & Site Strategy (ILSPSS) team leads the industry in generating data to ensure that the patient voice is incorporated into the development and commercialization of medication and other drug/non-drug interventions. We focus on understanding and meeting the needs of our clients through the application of broad consulting expertise and technical scientific knowledge to conduct scientifically rigorous research. This research is broad and includes qualitative (e.g., interviews, focus groups), quantitative (e.g., clinical outcome assessments (COAs)/patient-reported outcomes (PROs), preference research) and passive (e.g., digital health technology tools) approaches to understand patient, caregiver, and healthcare professional experiences and expectations of disease and treatment. The team also manages and licenses out a COA portfolio of over 100 instruments and offers linked services to translate and implement these COAs on any electronic survey platform.

The role holder will be expected to successfully support a portfolio of high-visibility COA products from both a business and lifecycle management perspective (e.g., new development, modifications, line extensions).

As a COA Associate Manager within the ILSPSS Portfolio Management team at IQVIA, responsibilities include:
• Supporting COA Manager(s) and/or Director(s) on assigned COAs across different phases of the product lifecycle including product development and/or extension, commercialization activities, and marketed product management (e.g., sales and delivery of COA licenses and services)
• Actioning on tasks to make COA assets ready for client delivery, as directed by COA Manager and/or Director
• Supporting COA Manager(s), Director(s) and sales group to define deliverables and determine costs, benefits, and ROI for products and associated initiatives
• Supporting COA Manager(s), Director(s) and sales group to enable sales by developing go-to-market, thought leadership, website, and other product supporting materials considering our clients' clinical, regulatory, and market access needs, as instructed by COA Manager and/or Director
• Supporting business case creation and due diligence activities for development and/or acquisition opportunities that can potentially fill product or capability gaps by working with IP development scientists, the Author Collaboration team, and the Strategic and Scientific research team, as instructed by COA Manager and/or Director
• Partnering as needed with other ILSPSS functions and global functions including Finance, Contracting, Legal, HR, and IT
• Supporting development of new processes, tools, templates, and other documentation for the group
• Ensuring appropriate communication channels are maintained and delivery expectations are being met by providing periodic updates to the COA Manager(s) and/or Director(s)

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, other sciences, computer science, engineering, or related technical discipline (MBA or other advanced degree preferred)
• 4 years' minimum total work experience (pharmaceutical / medical device industry preferred)
