The CO Leader runs the business with an owner's mindset, focused on achieving profitable growth through strong people leadership. You inspire and coach a team of Recruiters to be tech-forward, using our proprietary AI-enabled technology to deliver meaningful value to our clients. You also develop Client Partners to build deep, peer-level relationships with senior leaders at the world's largest lifestyle brands.
What You'll Do
People
  • Create an environment where people feel comfortable speaking up, sharing ideas, and contributing to how the business grows and improves.
  • Lead with trust and provide autonomy, empowering employees to take ownership of their work and results. Encourage new thinking and continuous improvement in how the team operates and delivers value.
  • Build an environment where the work is interesting, enriching, and meaningful. Help people see the impact of what they do so they feel connected to the outcomes and motivated to accomplish great things together.
  • Coach and share feedback, support individuals in growing their skills, expanding their capabilities, and taking on greater responsibility. Recognize and Reward strong performance so people know their contributions matter.
Recruiting Leadership
  • Lead and coach a team of recruiters to be tech-forward and use our proprietary AI-enabled platform to achieve 10x the impact of traditional recruiting.
  • Challenge the team to experiment, encourage creativity and sharing ideas to iteratively make things better.
  • Use and share data with the team to measure progress, identify opportunities to improve recruiting, and share feedback with Product and Engineering
Sales & Account Leadership
  • Lead the team in growing existing client relationships and winning new business by clearly articulating the value of our tech-enabled staffing and talent solutions.
  • Develop Client Partners to build trusted, peer-level relationships with senior leaders at client organizations and expand our presence across functions and departments.
  • Help the team deeply understand our competitive advantage so they can confidently pursue and win complex opportunities.
  • Lead disciplined pursuit strategies that open doors with new high-value clients while strengthening long-term partnerships with existing accounts.
  • Foster a mindset of curiosity and learning so the team continuously improves how we position our services and create value for clients.
Financial Management
  • Own the P&L with a clear focus on profitable growth and long-term client value.
  • Use data to understand the health of the business and make informed decisions that improve revenue, margins, and productivity.
