Vos responsabilités - Agir comme gestionnaire de service de comptes client
- Être responsable de la planification des travaux relatifs à l'administration des régimes de retraite
- Participer à la supervision et à la vérification des travaux
- Assurer le suivi de l'avancement des travaux et projets
- Former et encadrer les ressources de l'équipe
- Soutenir l'équipe dans la réalisation des différents projets spéciaux
- Élaborer le budget et en assurer le suivi
- Accroitre la satisfaction des clients en écoutant leurs besoins et en répondant à leurs diverses demandes, ainsi qu'à celles des participants et des fiduciaires
- Proposer des améliorations à nos différents processus
- Développer de nouveaux liens d'affaires, de nouvelles ententes avec les clients existants et contribuer à développer de nouveaux marchés avec les clients potentiels.
Qualifications recherchées- Un minimum de 10 ans d'expérience pertinente
- Baccalauréat en mathématiques, finance, administration, actuariat ou tout autre formation jugée adéquate
- Esprit d'équipe hors du commun
- Pensée analytique bien aiguisée et avoir le souci du détail
- Sens de l'organisation et de débrouillardise
- Aptitudes de communication et de collaboration
- Bonne capacité à gérer et mobiliser une équipe de travail
- Bonnes habiletés en matière de service à la clientèle
Your responsibilities - Act as manager in the client accounts department
- Take responsibility for planning the work related to pension plan administration
- Help with work supervision and verification
- Monitor the progress of tasks and projects
- Train and coach team members
- Provide support for the team in carrying out a variety of special projects
- Prepare and track the budget
- Build clients' satisfaction by listening to their needs and responding to their various requests, as well as those of members and trustees
- Suggest ways of improving our processes
- Develop new business contacts, new agreements with existing clients, and help develop new markets with prospective clients.
Core Qualifications - Minimum 10 years' relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, administration, actuarial science or other relevant training
- Exceptional team spirit
- Incisive analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Well-organized and resourceful
- Good communication and collaborative skills
- Strong ability to manage and motivate a work group
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Excellent spoken and written French; bilingualism an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
