Location: Pulaski, TNThe CNC Machining Department Leader is responsible for overseeing all operations within the CNC machining division. This includes ensuring on-time delivery, quality output, and efficient workflow for new builds, engineering changes, and repair projects related to plastic injection molding. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment and is committed to continuous improvement and team development.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all CNC machining jobs.
- Ensure scheduled production tasks in the CNC department are maintained.
- Review incoming jobs (New Builds, Engineering Changes, Repairs) with the management team and assign direction to appropriate team members.
- Verify and ensure team members manage all assigned tasks within schedule.
Compensation & benefits:- Base = $75k - $100k (hourly pay) + overtime
