The work:
  • Lead large scale Digital Experience implementations with one or many of the following: Adobe Experience Manager, OpenText, Contentful, Optimizely, Sitecore and other Web Content Management (WCM) applications
  • Participate in the development of conceptual and logical architectures with packaged software and cloud native technologies
  • Design, and provide oversight on application architectures that support client's business requirements
  • Provide deep knowledge expertise in WCMS, including understanding and advising clients on which platform will best serve their unique requirements
  • Resolve integration and interface issues between various back-end systems
  • Optimize application performance, scalability and security
  • Assist Project Leadership with conducting project planning, risk identification and mitigation planning
  • Provide strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively and to deliver constructive feedback
  • Independently lead the estimation effort for a project
  • Provide support to the sales effort on new business development pursuits, assisting with RFP responses, architecture assessments and technical qualifications
  • Showcase your content expertise by leading/educating others on the functional and technical capabilities of different platforms
  • Lead an offshore or remote Agile based development team(s) and perform code reviews
  • Defining/designing/implementing the development architecture leveraging CI/CD principles
  • Travel Required


Here's what you need:
  • A minimum of 7 years of hands on experience with content platforms such as: Adobe Experience Manager, OpenText, Contentful, Optimizely, Sitecore
  • A minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies
  • A minimum of 5 years experience leading teams
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in tactical deployment or re-launch of Web Content Management applications
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this position
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.


Bonus points if:
  • Experience eliciting high-level business requirements and creating detailed functional specs as well as other documentation like requirement traceability matrixes, work-flow diagrams and use-cases
  • Ability to lead functional discussions and scoping decisions based on best practices for implementing the WCM applications and proven knowledge out-of-the-box features and latest functions
  • Experience in working closely with content authoring teams to setup and assemble content sites
  • Experience working with interactive designers to fulfill UI/UX designs in parallel with Front End (UI) and Back End (AEM) developers to build solutions
  • Ability to understand content migration needs and to define and execute content migration plans
  • Experience with multi-lingual and multichannel implementations
